30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from ElderEase Living.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
For health, mobility, or senior care products, items that have been used or opened may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return

Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund, if applicable
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different model, size, or variation, please return the original item (if eligible).
Once approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds

If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
