FREE SHIPPING ACROSS THE UNITED STATES

 All prices on our website include standard shipping.
 There are no hidden fees or additional delivery charges.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

 We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.

Average delivery times (including order processing):

 • Order Processing: 1–2 business days  
 • Shipping Time: 3–7business days  

 Please note: During high-demand periods (such as holidays or major sales),
delivery times may be slightly longer. We always keep customers informed about their shipping status.

ORDER TRACKING

 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
 You can monitor the delivery status at any time while your order is in transit.

 If your tracking number is not active immediately, please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier to update the information.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

 Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing an order.
 Once the item has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

 If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address,
 the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

DELIVERY DELAYS

 While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions,
customs inspections, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

 ElderEase Living is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

 ElderEase Living is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.
 If a package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

 Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

 Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply.
 These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by local authorities.
